1. Cab Booking & Confirmation

Bookings made through our website or via phone/WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability. Confirmation will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call by our operations team.

2. Toll, Parking & State Taxes

For outstation rentals and airport transfers, toll taxes, state border entry taxes, parking fees, and driver night allowances are payable as per actuals by the customer unless explicitly included in a customized package.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time are eligible for full refund of any advance paid. Last-minute cancellations may incur nominal service charges.

4. Driver Conduct & Safety

Our drivers are polite and follow all traffic regulations. Smoking and consumption of intoxicants inside commercial passenger vehicles is strictly prohibited by law.
